Overview
Support staffing team with TE China related activities with the objective of meeting the company talent needs within company talent strategy.
Responsibilities
System (icims) Maintenance
Maintain system data as a super admin. Work with the users to define their requirements for the system, monitor the vendor to deliver the right solution to the local needs to make sure the system be in place on time and with good quality; Provide trouble shoots for the system; Provide regualar trainings to the users of the system; Get feedback from the users to identy areas of improvement for the system develop solutions; Generate reports periodically on the recruiting data to business leaders and relatives users.
Payment Management & Admin Support
Manage reimbursement process of headhunter service and other admin expense. Support staffing team on meeting coordination and stationery order.
Recruitment
Post open positions on related recruiting websites both internally and externally; First round screening and telephone interviews, arrange interview schedule; Select right candidate to the position
Build up healthy and efficient talent pipeline for management team according to the HQ talent development strategy and structure.
Other Projects
Support other projects assigned by supervisor
Requirements
-- Bachelor degree preferred with a strong academic record
-- 1~3 years of staffing/recruiting experience
-- Ability to handle customer relationship management, provide strong customer consultative skills and work in a large team environment
-- PC proficiency in MS office, including Word and Excel
-- Good spoken and written English and Mandarin
-- Proactive, can work under pressure and good interpersonal skills
-- Be honest, self-motivated, and can work independently.
