Job Responsibilities:
Process Global Point of Sales data in POS application within agreed timelines.
Extensive research of customer accounts in our Global Customer Master.
Receive files and reformat/edit for processing through the GPOS system.
Timely updating of compliance reports.
Research and correct errors of backlogs & new data coming in every month within agreed timelines.
Daily updations of activity tracking / query logs and others as required.
Work with Customer Master Experts to set up new accounts.
Respond to specific queries related to Chinese languages alongwith regular internal / external queries.
Assist team members in customer research related to China, wherever involved with language issues.
Learn and understand the various electronic formats acceptable for processing.
Support for team-member in his/her absence.
Education / Experience / Skills required
Bachelor's degree in Finance / Accounting / Commerce / Business Administration.
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Chinese Languages.
1 ~ 2 year experience.
Be a team player.
Possess working knowledge of Microsoft products such as MS Excel, Word, Outlook.
Accuracy and attention to detail.
Effectively write and speak using the English & Chinese languages.
Ability to maintain an unbiased approach when dealing with multiple Business Units.
Problem Solving & Analytical Skills.
MS Access & SAP knowledge would be an advantage.
MBA would be an advantage.
