Primary Responsibilities:

1. Work closely with product management and sales teams to be able design sheet metal part and value added module in communication industry.

2. Handle oversea transfer project and convert it to mass production.

3. Create & maintain the product drawing, spec, DFM, testing requirement (SOP).

4. Support product training, FAE & On-site support to Customer in order to ensure customer satisfaction/confidence and attract further business.

Job Requirements:

1. College or university graduated, majored in ME or related engineering degree.

2. At least 3 years experience in engineering development for physical designs in communications products.

3. Has experience design sheet metal, diecasting, extrusion or plastic products

4. Understand tolerance analysis, moldflow, stamping and molding knowledge.

5. Engaging and managing external contract staff including schedule development, Statement of Work development, estimate analysis, ongoing schedule and deliverable management

6. Good English communication skills, Auto CAD and Proe skill is must.

7. Have connector and cable assy design experience is preferred.
