Overview

The pricing administrator will maintain control of regional pricing by working with product management and sales to establish benchmark pricing strategies.

Responsibilities

1. Calculate daily quotations in liaison with sales team, purchasing, customer service and finance department based on commodities prices, conversion costs and division profit requirements
2. Follow commodities prices evolution, analyze impact on recipes and inform sales managers of market and price evolution to trigger customer coverage when opportunity presents
3. Conduct price negotiation in liaison with sales managers, financial controller and sourcing
4. Create and maintain sales contracts
5. Perform various commercial and financial analysis
6. Assist in sales volume allocation between regional factories based on relative costs of ingredients, manufacturing, logistics and import taxes
7. Actively participate in the local sales meeting in order to contribute to setting the local area pricing strategy
8. Co-ordinate the managed support activities with the rest of the organization, particularly with commercial, finance and product development departments
9. Personally manage critical customer issues

Requirements

1. Good interpersonal skill

2. High level of statistical skills for market data with versed in Excel and PowerPoint.

3. Holder of diploma or above, prefer to have more than 2 years working experience in similar area.

4. Good English in both written and spoken.

5. Strong business acumen, with versed analysis skill and logical thinking.

6. Good data sense and detailed, aptitude for understanding financial analysis and accounting principles

7. Have financial background is prefered.
