Key Responsibilities

*Product designs (ensure design validity, design release or alterations) complying with internal rules according specification and purpose

*Perform possible problem analyses, implement tests and trials where necessary

*Take care of part material change assignments including polymers and metals

*Work with labs to ensure product testing's or design verification testing wherever required

*Provide technical consultancy and advise on assigned products for internal and external parties

*Judging manufacturing deviations and make decisions on deviation acceptance

*Create & edit designs and specifications to facilitate manufacturing and new product extensions

*Release products, develop new related products or adjust existing products based on demand

Key Requirements

?Must have minimum a bachelor's degree in relevant engineering

?Strong proven design/development skills (interconnect experience preferred)

?Needs a professional level of business acumen and good commercial understanding

?Clear, strategic thinker with the ability to execute on priorities

?Proactive and solution driven personality. Ability to resolve problems

?Strong communication (verbal and written), organizational and interpersonal skills

?Capacity to summarize and present data in executive reviews

?Ability to work with multicultural engineering teams and cross functional environments

?Ability to challenge technical solutions and processes

?Knowledge in Basic Quality techniques

?Experience in working with formal Engineering documentation procedures

?Experience with 3D & 2D CAD design (Pro-Engineer, AutoCAD).

?Experienced in Microsoft Office applications
