Role Summary/Purpose
The Product life cycle Manager leads and executes all of product activities which is in mass production, to achieve the goals of customer satisfaction, product quality, product vitality.

Essential Responsibilities
1. Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position 2. Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines 3. Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required 4. Drive compliance/closure of Regulatory and Quality requirements before approving Design Outputs/Program Deliverables 5. Identify continuous improvement activities by initiating the implementation of process and product quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications/Requirements
1. Bachelor or above degree with major of electrical or mechanical or automation engineering related; 2. 6+ years relative work experience3. Demonstrated technical domain knowledge on engineering design and clinical ;4. Demonstrated excellent quality experience, problem-solving techniques;5. Effective communication skills and boundaryless behavior—ability to present ideas clearly and concisely, leadership expertise to lead team;6. Fluent English in oral and writing;
