职位描述
Primary Objective of Position
Develop and present sales strategies by product range for assigned region, continually monitor, analyze and report on business performance, make recommendations on channel changes/improvements, provide regular support for other country offices, evaluating the resources and capabilities of the current local vendors.
Duties & Responsibilities
? Achieving the sales target - revenue and profitability growth through developing new customer base and offering suitable logistics services or solutions in tandem with overall corporate directions and strategies.
? Gather market intelligence and build strong working relationship internally and externally so as to achieve high customer satisfaction leading to increase in sales revenue.
? Provide regular reports for Customers and Internal Organization and identify major potential customers for development
? Establish Regional and Major Accounts for long term logistics contracts
? Responsible for total sales cycle, particularly, invoicing on time and accurately, Collection on time and without bad debts
? Work closely with Operation team to offer appealing, customer driven and cost effective Logistics Solution to customers and ensure smooth and complete execution.
Person Specifications
? 15 to 20 years of relevant experience in Logistics / Shipping supply chain especially in Oil & Gas, Mining and Heavy Equipment industries
? Degree in Logistics / Supply Chain / Shipping
? Established Contact and Network in China
? He or she needs to have a good understanding of logistics concepts and preferably demonstrated logistics solutions offering and value added propositions offering.
? The candidate also needs to have a good knowledge of what break bulk cargo is and be strong in advising the customer the logistics solutions required.
? The candidate needs to be strong in Ocean Freight and Shipping.
? Candidate preferably should have worked in Freight Forwarding companies before and already has an established contact network.
