Key Responsibilities
1 Perform antenna design task, including simulation, prototype evaluation and product qualification test
2 Follow the ISO process, the PLC process and Passion for Quality in product development
3 Make document designs according to company standards
4 Develop tools and procedures for assigned projects
5 Participate in production support and cost reduction activities for assigned projects
6 Participate in and support globe antenna design activities
7 Provide technical support to sourcing and purchasing in communication with vendors
Requirements
1 Min Bachelor degree, preferable Master or PhD degree in RF design or related filed
2 Over 8 years' experience of base station antenna design or of other related RF designing
3 Experience in antenna or relative RF component design
4 Familiarity with RF design simulation tools, such as HFSS, Ansoft designer, CST, etc.
5 Familiarity with RF test equipment
6 Understand RF design theory and practical rule
7 Perform and guide juror level engineer in design and in simulation
8 Have basic knowledge of 3D mechanical modeling on RF components and of 2D drawing
9 Have basic knowledge of basic station antenna test method, near field test and far field test ranges
10 Run test equipment to perform RF test on antenna and other RF components
11 Understand BOM structure and be able to make document designs
12 Communicate fluently in English in technical field
13 Have basic knowledge of project management with potentiality to be a technical project manager
14 Analytical, responsible, dependable and open-minded
15 Self-motivated and able to work independently in a project team
16.Hard-working and willing to work overtime to meet tasks deadline
