Role Summary/Purpose
•The supply chain finance manager provides financial and business leadership of our Asia manufacture Operation. •This role supports the GM of Asia manufacturing by providing financial measurements and reporting system to manage our current factories to meet their objectives. Also he/she will have to provide support on new or potential large investments within the region such as factory expansion, NPI and localization.

Essential Responsibilities
• Serve as business partner to the operation team to drive business initiative, growth, and profitability at factory and region level. • Direct or indirect manage finance team in factories as well as inventory / costing accounting team in trading entities. • Develop estimate, operation plans /forecasts/reviews /reports(GAAP) and SII ( 1 year plan ) • Promote controllership responsibility within business on inventory management, account reconciliation, etc. • Partner with operation team (logistic, quality, sourcing etc.) and global operations staff to drive performance and act as champion for variable & base cost productivity. • Provide investment /program spending financial reviews to ensure increased operating efficiency and capacity. • Establish operating forecasts and plans, including ad-hoc analysis for product transfer, localization, bullet train to support operation decision. • Drive best practices sharing across the plants

Qualifications/Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business Administration• Manufacturing financial experience including costing accounting & efficiency • CPA or MBA is preferred • Clear thinking/Problem Solving: Successfully led projects/process improvements within operations/finance function; able to quickly grasp new ideas.• Adaptable/Flexible: being open to change in response to new information, different or unexpected circumstances, and/or to work in ambiguous situations• Integrity: accepting and adhering to high moral, ethical, and personal values in decisions, communications, actions and when dealing with others• Confidence/Assertiveness: Strong influencing skills across business functions
