Your challenge

You are for responsible for supply planning, ordering and improvement activities for a pre-defined product portfolio to enable global sales


Your responsibilities

· Manage short-term demand and supply planning of appointed I&H product groups to achieve sales target per AOP plan;

· Act as owner of supply plan to customers/suppliers and maintain related database;

· Manage customer allocation execution to ensure all customers’ AOP demand plans are fairly fulfilled;

· Balance demand allocation among suppliers to ensure a fair capacity load in each supplier, aiming at a maximum efficiency of capacity utilization;

· Initiate or contribute to supply chain improvement projects from planning perspective.

· Act as owner of logistic master-data maintenance;

· Regular report to Manager on demand and supply situation;

· Collect rolling capacity data from suppliers and verify it’s accuracy, and regularly communicate with suppliers to update customers’ rolling demand plan;

· Place order to suppliers per supply plan defined by planners and follow up till it’s completed per requirement;

· Measure supplier logistic performance and initiate improvement action if any problem is identified, aiming at achieving yearly target of Clip, Olip and Cycle time.

· Act as contact window of appointed suppliers and receive/settle order related issues;

· Regular report to Manager on supplier performance;


We are looking for

Bachelor and above from recognized university

Minimum 3 years experience in Planning and Procurement related function

Strong in SCM functional competence

Strong leadership competence

Good at teamwork and communication

Good at English language

Performance-oriented

Positive mindset and attitude towards pressure and challenge.
