PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

Accounting governance 10%
· Take responsible of the finance activities in both bonded and non-bonded sites;
· Manage DPC’s own finance team and coordinate with different finance group; Review the accounting and reporting, ensure the compliance to accounting principle and global directive;
· Lead accounting team to support local statutory audit in both sites, and prepare the information what the fiscal authority need;
· Local fiscal control, work with fiscal team for any potential custom, tax and fiscal issue;
· Be the ICS (Internal control champion) in DPC, ensure the related controls are properly in place and followed;

Finance planning and analysis 30%
· Yearly budget and quarterly RoFo, review with management team and follow by monthly performance;
· Monitoring the local compliance to global central activities:
· Transfer pricing, AFSP in VIPP, etc;

Project supporting:
· Business case review for investment in DPC; work with team for business project, such as flow setting, strategy planning, etc;
· Support BU Mobility’s analysis:
· Some analysis or report for BU, eg: BOM saving, Pricing monitoring,

Business partner 60%
· Support DPC and BU mobility’s operation by providing risk assessment, cost control, and proper suggestion, etc; coordinate for the finance related to solve the ad hoc case;
· Monthly review performance and quarterly update the outlook for management to further actions and improve the performance;
· Work with team to drive KPI, including labor efficiency, logistic performance, cost control; support for supply chain flow setting;

JOB REQUIREMENTS

· Academic / Professional qualification
- University graduated in accountancy, or equivalent;
· Excellent knowledge of general accounting and management accounting, and international reporting standards;
· Working experience
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience in related field; experience in MNC is preferable;
· Language ability
- Mandarin / English
· Able to work independently and under pressure
· Excellent inter-personal skills, pro-active, and can drive team;
· Good communication skill, can effectively motivate and influence people;
· Computer knowledge
- Experience in accounting computer systems (SAP);
- good PC operating knowledge with Window applications
