职位描述

Responsibilities & Duties:
Provide and/or manage the delivery of general HR services for the Sales, Field Service and Applications Development organizations with operations established in Beijing and Shanghai. This position will support the China operations with employees primarily located in Beijing and Shanghai. Duties will include: employee relations, compensation program implementation, performance management, management development, staffing and organizational development. Key focus will be on creating and implementing customer-responsive HR services and ensuring legal compliance within the framework of China.

Partner with line management on culture management, change management, and organizational effectiveness. Works as part of the HR team to create and implement customer-responsive HR services. Challenge the status quo and offer creative solutions to business issues. Provide leadership in developing and implementing human resources projects within the client group and across the organization for corporate initiatives. The HR Manager will work with managers and employees to address all types of employee relations issues. Provide first level interventions and coaching to managers and employees - problem identification, potential solutions, and investigation.

? Provide a full spectrum of HR services including staff planning, policy making, budgeting, recruitment and selection, training and development, employee compensation, staff communication and relations, ensuring HR compliance for regional office and commercial operations in China
? Support function heads, and SVP of Global HR, to formulate and implement strategic HR-related matters including compensation/remuneration, benefits, performance evaluation, training and organisational enhancement programs in China
Ensure that the organisation's human resource strategy is implemented effectively, consistently and according to established guidelines and budgets; contribute to strategic planning and decision-making at the top executive level so that the organisation's human resources strategy is aligned with business strategies
