Responsibilities:

. Administration and supporting the international telephony Infrustructure.
.

· Manage, support and maintaining Telephony and Unified Communication systems

· Manage, support and configuring user endpoints

· Day-to-day operational support and maintenance for Telephony infrastructure and users

· Diagnose, resolve, and communicate advanced problems

Qualifications:

.

· Bachelor's Degree in telecommunication or computer field or equivalent combination of education

· Knowledge of basic telephony principals and VOIP

· Knowledge of network protocols

· Experience with Cisco or Siemens Openscape systems are welcome

· Experience with QoS implementation and troubleshooting are welcome

· Ability to work well in an international team

· Must have excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills

· Advanced English language skills
