Senior Electrical Engineer

Overview
The candidate of this role is to lead and implement all the electric and electronics related activities from product development engineering side and project management aspect, taking the transfer of project from advanced development team. He/She is to be the lead electric and electronics engineer especially for PCBA of the new product development. He/She is to leading from the design to production from electrical and electronics aspect.


Responsibilities
He/She will be senior lead engineer for product electric and electronic development and implementation which includes following aspects:
? Product electrical and electronic design (typically PCBA)
? Product design reviews, QFD, FMEA, etc.
? Product specifications including drawings, diagrams, flow charts, etc.
? Product test speciation including writing the spec and implement tests
? First parts inspection planning and implementation
? Production planning and implementation including process map, quality control points, etc.
? Other activities related to successful rolling-out of the project or required by LeanPD process.


Qualifications
Technical:
? Majored in electronics, understand the principle of PCB and electronic parts and circuits, have knowledge of related software and its interface with hardware
? Minimum 5 years of working experience on electronic system/subsystem design with successful result
? Minimum 3 years of working experience on PCB manufacturing, PCB related project management.
? Understand and experience on process from electronic design to mass production, able to use tools for problem solving
? Knowledge and experience of using quality tools such as FMEA, QFD, PDCA, Cpk, six-sigma etc. to ensure satisfactory project delivery.
? Experience and mastery of PCB related test and test planning and rolling out at lab level and production site level. Skillful on writing product specification and test specification.
? Understanding and experience in software development and debugging will be plus.
Soft skill:
? High sense of responsibility for final result, initiating and striving for needed activities to achieve the goal.
? Good communication skill and team work spirit
? Good English communication skill including writing, listening and oral speaking.

Others:
? Bachelor degree or above majoring in electronic design. Skillful using electronic field software.
? Capability of using Pro/E will be a plus.
? Good skill on office software such as Excel, Words, PowerPoint, etc.
? Good presentation skill and capability of hosting effective meeting with expected result.
? Knowledge or understanding of house hold appliances will be a plus.
? Able to travel when project progress needs.
