Test Engineer 可靠性测试工程师

Location - Shanghai

Test types include high/low temperature, thermal shock, salt spray, vibration, mechanical/electrical performance, IP and safety, etc.

Responsibilities
? Support to related engineering function when making engineering decision e.g. test plan, project schedule, test sample making, etc., from testing perspective
? Make the test equipment plan according to the test specification/plan and communicate with related function the plan in order to meet the project boundaries e.g. timing
? Investigate the test sample and other necessary goods in testing in order to ensure there are no defects of them
? Perform testing according to test specification and record the data of testing
? Support related engineering function to analyze the test failure if there is
? Make the test report and report the result of testing
? Develop the test competency according to the test requirement from customer
? Align with the lab EHS/procedure requirement during testing
? Ensure the effective storage of test sample in lab
? Involve in DFMEA and PFMEA review during new product development
? Other test, measuring and analysis service for new product development

Qualifications
* Bachelor degree in engineering, preferred electrical or mechanical engineering
* Minimum two years experience in test engineering or design / field engineering
* Good writing and reading English, able to communicate within team via oral English
* Integrity, accountable and teamwork
