职位描述
工作职责:
Guest Relations
·To deliver consistent, friendly and responsive guest service and ensure Morgan Stanley standards of service are consistently executed in a professional way at all times
·To create a professional and welcoming atmosphere by spontaneous greeting to users and clients at the Reception.
·To maintain the highest standards of personal grooming, courtesy, and positive attitude at all times
·To ensure all phone calls are attended according to Morgan Stanley service standards and within three rings.
·To handle all incoming calls through MS Firm main line, dealing with suspicious calls, protecting confidentiality, and handling threats and disturbances.
·To provide services, which include, but not limited to general enquiries, visitor registration, temporary access card assistance, conferencing and catering booking, food and beverage ordering, taxi reservation, and concierge recommendations.
·To take every opportunity to exceed the clients and users expectations by being proactive and handling and resolving customer queries and complaints efficiently and courteously
Reception
·To ensure reception is kept tidy at all times and that all lists and forms are kept in an order
·To maintain and update all visitors information and ensure new updates are changed accordingly as soon as details of visitors are received
·To capture the daily visitors movement and to compile traffic reports for management attention
·To maintain and update the tracking record of temporary employee cards to ensure return on time
·To handle vendor delivery including F&B, couriers, and documents, etc
·To attend and contribute to monthly team meetings
·To maintain accurate and tidy filing systems of all information records
Meeting & Catering Coordination
·To input, maintain and update accurate meeting room and catering booking information
·To co-ordinate user requests including catering and Multi-Media requirement, etc
·To organize internal catering requests professionally by providing customized catering menus and set-up of the events
·To prepare event orders accurately and ensure all events are executed as per the confirmed event order.
·To inspect and maintain cleaning status of all meeting / conference rooms by working closely with cleaners
·To reset the meeting / conference rooms for every usage
Communication
·To understand and to be able to communicate the full range of services to users and clients
·To be able to provide information on the nearby premises, promotions and service offerings to all users and clients
·To communicate and collaborate with internal departments or external parties effectively within the operation level to fulfill specific task requirements
Compliance and Safety
·To indentify and report hazards and incidents, follow up reported incidents with appropriate department(s) until completion
·To be accountable for personal compliance with internal company policies, procedures and codes which include Morgan Stanley Standard of Conduct
·To be aware of the emergency team member and evacuation procedures from day one onwards

1. 女,专科以上学历
2. 1年以上国际五星级酒店前台接待、行政楼服务工作经验
3. 流利的英语口语交流能力
4. 形象较好
