职位描述


1.主要职责Main Responsibilities


客户Client
l He/She needs to understand the expectations and requirements of client about the business continuous improvement.

运营Operations
l Establish operational excellence targets with FM BU senior management and operations in the area of productivities, cost saving.
l Work with operations to set up practical lean process plan base on the targets.
l Conduct 5S training and lead 5S activities at site.
l Identify the wastes in the facility management service area.
l Analyze and eliminate the wastes.
l Identify the potential improvement opportunity with the systematic statistic analysis, and take related actions to improve.
l Work with site and finance department to achieve measurable targets.

专家中心CofEx
l Assist National Quality Manager to develop and implement procedures in conjunction with various subject matter experts in the Facility Management Support Service team and Operation teams in the key areas of Facility Management service development and delivery.

质量管理Quality
l To be an enabler for the organization to continuously optimize the FM business system for the benefit of our customers, shareholders and employees.
l To develop and execute the strategy to implement Lean and 6Sigma tools and methods in the operation teams in daily management.
l To identify change agents in operational teams. Train and guide them in the usage and practice of different Lean-6Sigma tools (DMAIC, Root Cause Analysis, Value Stream Mapping, A3-Kaizen, Gemba walks, Control Charts, Waste Identification, Performance management…)
l To host workshops and training activities for the operation and support function employees.
l To establish Visual Management Systems to allow bringing problem to surface and drive accountability in the operational teams.
l Cooperate with FM operations and support functions to establish Sodexo FM data collecting system and approach;
l Analyze the data gathering from FM operations and support functions using the different statistic tools.
l Report the business measurement statistics and analysis data to FM management periodically and share the data analysis results to FM operations and support functions;
l Work with Quality Manager to find out the chances of continuous improvement for FM operations and support functions base on the gap between actual measurement and benchmarking.

l The role is to lead continuous Improvement & Lean Operation Excellence Roadmap implementation, and to achieve Measurable Outcomes in Facility Management Business Operation System, Productivity, Quality improvement, Cost saving.
l Make a stepped improvement in the operations excellence for each region to ensure our competitive position is improved.

Qualification & Requirements

Education Background

Bachelor’s Degree in a Business, Engineering, or QA discipline or equivalent

n 工作经验
Working Experience
At Least 3 Years Experience (Senior Quality Role) in all aspects of the implementation and management of quality management systems (ISO 9001:2008 environment) in a multinational environment is desired.
At least 2+ years experience in a company-wide establishment and implementation of quality control policies, systems and methodologies. (e.g. Total Quality Management & Business Process Management)

n 专业技能
Professional skills
Lean-6 Sigma (Green-belt) projects experience will be mandatory.
At least 2 Lean-6 Sigma Green-belt projects completed successfully.
Experience in a Facility Management Environment is a plus.
Experience in the design and development of specifications for Quality Management Systems and the delivery of associated project documentation.
Certified lead auditor in ISO9001:2008.
Familiar with the statistical analysis tools, for example, Minitab, SPSS, EViews.

Extremely high energy and stamina to perform consistently and at a high level in a very demanding environment.
Must possess inspirational and collaborative management style.
Strong Command of verbal and written technical communication skills in Mandarin and English.
Superior written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin and English.
General IT systems knowledge and acumen
Knowledge of facilities maintenance processes
Excellent written and oral presentation skills.
