协助上级管理地区招聘团队，通过与劳务中介、职业学校或其他招聘机构紧密合作，为企业提供充足的人力资源满足业务发展需求
Assists superior to manage recruitment team in order to provide sufficient talents and fulfill development needs by collaborating with HR agency, college and recruitment agency.
*招聘管理 Recruitment
? 带领招聘团队，为营运部门提供充足的人力资源供给。提供合适的人到合适的岗位
Leads recruitment team to provide sufficient talents to operation ensures to provide right people to right position.
? 与招聘专员和营运人事经理一起开拓、评估、优化各级别员工的招聘渠道
Collaborates with Area Recruiter and OHR manager to develop, enhance and facilitate the recruitment channels.
? 组织团队收集劳动力市场的供给信息，包括工资调查等
Mobilizes team to collect the information of labour market, such as compensation and etc.
? 负责办公室或营运点特殊岗位的招聘工作
Responsible for recruitment for office positions and technical positions on operation.
? 确保招聘专员及时准确的向候选人收集办理入职手续所需资料
Supervises and ensures that Area Recruiter collects relevant materials for enrolment in a timely manner from candidates.
? 参与具有较高战略意义的部门开张招聘工作, 协助营运点重要及困难岗位的招聘
Participates in opening recruitment process of high strategic site;
Assists recruitment for critical and challenging positions in operation.
*储备人员管理 Reserve Pool Management
? 参与人才储备库中一线员工的管理
Takes part in managing the Reserve pools (front line staff) in the region.
? 帮助区域招聘专员进行部门关闭人员面谈，监督执行人员储备政策。
Helps Area Recruiters to interview dismissing employees when sites closed, supervises and implements reserve pool policy
*团队管理Team Management
? 带领区域招聘专员队伍达成团队工作目标：
Leads regional recruiting team to reach performance target.
? 定期召开招聘专员会议，检核招聘进度
Manages regular meetings with Area Recruiters to review the recruitment progress.
? 向招聘专员提供培训和专业建议以提高他们的招聘技巧
Trains and gives professional advice to Area Recruiter in order to improve their recruitment skills.
工作汇报Reporting
? 定期向上级提供相关招聘数据及新部门招聘情况
Reports regularly the recruitment date and recruitment progress of new site to RHRD.
? 定期对招聘工作进行分析，提供全面准确的意见、建议
Regularly reviews and analyzes recruitment progress and provides comprehensive and accurate comments.
? 当发现任何可引发法津诉讼或者与公司规定和价值观相违背的事件，应立即区域招聘经理汇报
Reports immediately to the Region Recruitment Manager in case of event which against company rules and values or may cause any legal action.


任职要求：

任职要求Qualification & Requirements
? 大专或以上学历 College degree or above
? 3年以上相关工作经验 3 years and above of related working experience
? 1年以上主管岗位管理经验 1 years and above working experience on manager position
? 熟悉相关劳动法律法规 Familiar with relevant labor law and regulations
? 面试及评估技巧 Interview and assessment skills
? 良好的服务意识 Good service spirit
? 关注结果 Results-oriented
? 熟练的电脑办公软件（Word，Excel，PPT）操作能力 Solid computer skills (Office Software – Word，Excel，PPT)
