职位描述
Title: Senior T&D Manager (OD Mgr)
Report to: Director, Talent Development & Learning
General Purpose:
Associate Director, Talent Development is responsible for the deployment of talent management systems, processes and resources to accelerate China talent development under China Talent strategy & roadmap.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and deploy talent management practices that meet the needs of China business
- Drive the execution excellence for talent management systems and processes, including PMP, EDP, talent review & succession planning, workforce planning etc.
- Develop HRBP’s skills and capabilities in the areas of talent management processes, skills and tools
- Being the key person to drive career map deployment in functions and divisions
- Design & deploy leadership acceleration development programs that targets the development of hipo talents across various levels
- Design and deploy other hipo acceleration program, such as assessment center, mentoring, coaching, etc.
Qualifications:
- University degree or above
- Over 8 years of experience in learning, talent management/OD, HR business partner or consulting
- High learning agility and taking initiatives
- Good planning and organizing skill
- Team-player and be able to work across boundaries
- Innovative thinking and seeking for excellence
- Strong business and organization acumen
- Strong in communication and interpersonal skills
- Mature and client focused
