MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree in Building or Electrical Engineering
EXPERIENCE:
1) 5 years of relevant experience in project management experience in building and facility setup;
2) Experience in facility repair & maintenance, environmental compliance will be add advantage;
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE:
1) Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project, MS Office is essential;
2) Good command of written and spoken English;
3) Strong analysis, planning & organizing skills;
4) High initiative and influencing power, attention to details;
BUSINESS UNDERSTANDING:
1) Experience in logistics industrial; Project management skill;
2) Package handling system setup, office layout planning and implementation; implementation; Environmental compliance coordination will be add advantage;
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
ECN Projects: Involved in all stages of LHI projects from conceptualization, schematic design, detail design, documentation to implementation of operational facilities based on UPS guidelines. Critical scrutiny of contract documents and drawings, manage all the engineering related documents.
Building Management & Housekeeping: Manage repairs and renovations on building; Manage building management company and housekeeping vendors to maintain the building related jobs in maintaining a good working environment for work effectiveness and efficiency.
Facility Safety & Environmental: Follow UPS & local regulation, lead environmental compliance and facility safety program;
Business Plan: To collect and consolidate data from all departments; to plan, organize, compile and develop the annual business plan on capital expenditure in order to provide information for the country to project the resources and cost budget for the business plan and B&F project. To update, follow up and review the plan in order to develop the plan for next year.
People Development: To provide internal operational procedures and required skills training to operational people and subordinates. To supervise subordinates and ensure work standards are met.
