职位描述:

1、按照规定的时间对客户进行响应、回访、跟踪；
2、接待来访客户，了解并反馈客户的信息，能够提出解决意见及建议，维护公司形象；
3、保证客户的满意度以及销售任务的完成；
4、配合部门经理进行日常的客户维护和管理，完成领导安排的其他工作；


任职资格：

1、普通话标准；
2、两年以上相关行业工作经验， 已婚已育更佳；
3、诚信、耐心，头脑灵活，勇于开拓，责任心强、积极主动、性格开朗、讲求效率、乐于接受挑战；
4、具备市场推广、客户接待，等工作经验，气质良好，有亲和力，有爱心，热爱母婴事业；
5、有良好的语言表达，沟通能力及销售能力，应变能力和团队合作精神；
6、具有较强的服务意识，对客户耐心、周全，跟进能力和时间观念强
