职位描述

Recruitment:
- Recruitment of office staff(at professional level below manager) and store staff(for sales staff below store manager)
- Interview scheduling and coordination with hiring department
- New staff preparation
- New staff orientation program preparation and coordination
- Probation assessment coordination
- Exit interview(staff level)
C&B, Employment:
- Day to day coordination with Shanghai FESCO to ensure all the payroll and social benefit administrations are processed OTIF with quality.
- Closely Work with Shanghai FESCO to ensure legal employment process and status for all office/store staff.
- Keep good and updated custody of all the employee files and records.
- Contract renewal
- Expat administrations(eg. Work permit etc)
Training & Development:
- Training logistic support by coordination with training providers and venues
- Training registration & follow-up form
- Training record update
HR Reporting:
- All the headcount report to YSL China management and Asia Pacific HR
- Assist HR Manager in annual budget/FCT/EVA preparation
- HR report requested from Finance, eg. Pers. Cost, Salary break-down etc.
Employee Relations:
- Assist HR Manager in all the staff team building activities
- Assist HR Manager in handling all the labor issues
- Assist HR Manager in consolidating HR Policies and Procedures


Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree
- At least 3 years solid HR experience preferably in the retail/luxury industry.
- HR full function exposure especially in C&B, employment and recruitment, good understanding of local labor law & regulations
- Very professional and service attitude
- High sense of responsibility and confidentiality
- Attention to details, careful and precise
- Very good execution, driving for result and action-oriented
- Good communication skills and coordination skills, team worker
- Good communication skills in Mandarin & English
- Highly proficient in MS Office functionalities esp. Excel
- Knowledge of HR information systems
- Willing to travel
