职位描述
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Support the Company's Mid Term and long term Plan by contributing to developing the right set of products to achieve the financial targets.
- Develop Go-to-market plan by applying out of the box think as well as using best practice
- End-to-End lifecycle responsibility for one or more line(s) of products, entire ownership for this line including Industrial Design, financial KPIs (revenue, volume, GP), quality and positioning.
- Responsible for the development and management of product roadmaps and product requirements based on regional needs and global strategy. This is executed based on the process starting with NPI (New Product Idea), NPP (New Product Proposal), the Design Review Gates (DR) DR0, DR1, DR2, DR3, DR4, MP (Mass Production)
- Provide input for key stakeholders (mainly regions, engineering and management) on market and technology trends and developments for strategy definition.
- Close collaboration and leadership for RPMs (Regional Product Managers) and engineering to manage COGS, product features/specifications and Time to Market to support financial plans of the regions.
- Ensure competitiveness within the dedicated product line's addressable market.
- Maintain and evolve product pricing, promotion, features/benefits to assure global profitability and market share leadership in collaboration with the RPM
QUALIFICATIONS (Education/Experience)
- Bachelor degree on Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related area or equivalent background and experience
- Experienced global product/market management professional (3-5 years in the IT industry)
- Experienced in business development
REQUIRED SKILLS (including language requirement)
- Excellent communicator
- Understand how to attribute to and implement strategy
- Creative thinker, out of the box, interested in new technologies and IT trends
- Experienced in managing industrial design projects
- Ownership mindset
- Financial knowledge
- Citizen of the world, interested to work with other cultures, sensitivity to cultural differences and able to facilitate them (team work with Regional Product Managers)
- Fluent in English language, Japanese and Chinese would be optional
- Frequent international travelling
