工作描述:
- Maintain appointments and meetings by scheduling and coordinating appropriate time, coordinating with internal and external contacts as needed.
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to expatriates/inpatriates, including travel arrangement, expense report preparation, interpretation and translation, documentation, receiving phone calls and photocopy etc.
- Perform a variety of secretarial duties by taking care of admin work and business matters to enhance the work efficiency of the manager such as prepare reports, presentations, document conversation and maintain files.
- Play as an important role on office activities, such as preparing meeting; organizing team building; coordinating oversea colleagues visit to China etc.
- Document conversation and discussions and provide interpretation as needed
- Other admin issues assigned by the manager.
职位要求:
- Bachelor Degree, majoring in English, Secretary is a plus
- At least 1 years working experience in multinational company
- Good interpersonal communication skills, able to work under pressure
- Strong command of English both in written and oral
- Good organization skill and excellent time management skill
