职位描述

工作描述:
1. Reception and mail handling
2. Office stationery purchasing
3. Name card order and purchasing for staff
4. Contact person for maintenance on Shanghai office equipments and facilities
5. Meeting room booking
6. Maintenance on EMSI group email address
7. Record staff’s leave applications and timesheet collection
8. New staff on board preparation including door card, email account, computer, stationery preparation, contact list update, annual leave calculation etc.
9. Contact person with FESCO on issues like providing social information, photos, service confirmation letter etc. for new staff and termination information as well
10. Asia superstar nomination collection and consolidation on monthly basis, collect photos and post delivery
11. Coordinate on trainings, record all EMSI trainings, collect relevant documents like attendance check, certifications etc. and provide monthly report
12. Assist HR manger on recruitment like post vacancies on recruitment websites, search and screen CVs on regular basis
13. Assist HR manager on HR projects like campus talk, EMSI engineer development program etc.
14. Other duties as assigned by HR manager


职位要求:
1.Bachelor degree above
2.At least two years working experience in foreign company with relevant HR and admin experience
3.Fluent in written English, Ok for English communication with foreigners as receptionist, candidate with CET 6 certification preferred
4.Good at office automation like word, excel, ppt and outlook
5.Full of responsibility and proactive attitudes
6.Can work well under pressure with high efficiency and quality
7.Familiar with green building consulting business/ industry is preferred but not a must
