工作描述：
- External Collaboration Controlling
- Document filing with regard to the external collaborations for well tracking and follow up
- Pre-review of external collaboration contracts
- Pre-review AED request related to external collaboration in NEXT
- Pre-review of monthly provision
- Prepare regular reports as requested
- other ad hoc tasks per needs
- Insourcing Contractors Management
- Database maintenance
- Validate Service Order
- Follow up service fee and payment schedule
- Review and validate invoice
- Monthly accrual of fees related to insourcing contractors and reverse in due course
- Check accounting entries and make sure the right booking before closing
- Any others concerned
- Clinical Study Controlling
- Liason with CSO UMO representative in China on Clinical Study reporting and controlling
职位要求：
- Education:
- BA Degree required – Finance or Accounting
- Experience & knowledge:
- At least 5 years finance working experience including 2 years in Controlling
- Experience in working within a global, multicultural organization
- Good understanding and knowledge-base on Pharmaceutical Development processes and activities
- Core competencies:
- Customer Service oriented
- Quick to act & able to anticipate
- Handling multi-tasks
- Good knowledge of accounting regulations
- Good communication skills
