职位描述

Job description:
- Provide team leadership and management, resource management and budget management to lead, plan and execute assigned IT related projects. The role is held accountable for the outcome of these assigned projects
- Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Work with assigned internal customers to identify, negotiate, and plan for project requirement and provide project estimation
- Effective & efficient customer engagement & global alignment to standard
- Resource management including to define resources and schedule as applied to the projects
- Provide regular project status to the project team, the sponsor, and the committee
- Manage stakeholders across functional teams and business units to ensure the success of the projects
- Comply with the Corning Project Management guideline by following the existing processes, forms, templates, and procedures
- Complete projects as assigned
- Participate in regular team meetings
- Participate in project transfer meetings
- Provide input for regular and ad hoc reporting demands
- Transition to operational support
- Audit compliance
- Project involved with:
- May require managing multiple projects simultaneously and working closely with the Corning
Businesses and Shared Services as processes are integrated


Job requirement:
- 10+ years of project management experiences in multinational companies
- 6+ years of managing IT projects over 5 millions USD
- 3 ~ 5+ years of leading IT projects in the Asia region
- BS degree or higher IT related filed; a MBA degree is preferred
- PMI certified
- Excellent English and local language communication skills, written and verbal Willingness to travel
- Excellent organizational, communication & presentation skills
