受某美资公司的委托：

As a key leader in the Platform Engineering of China Design Center, this role requires creativity and drive to continuously improve our ability to put out competitive quality products in a timely manner, working across key leaders in other organizations in the company.



Experience/Requirements:

· Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in relevant engineering or business discipline

· Min 10 years working experience in an Electronic Assembly Manufacturing environment

· Min 5 experience managing multi-functional teams, preferably in multiple geographic regions

· A proven ability to set direction and drive change into cross-functional organizations

· Hands-on experience in planning,(MRP) PCB assembly process, supply chain, finance, and international trade / customs

· Build consensus and facilitate problem resolution across company-wide departments

· Experience managing contract manufacturers in China

· Working with parent company and/or customers headquartered in North America

· Quality control knowledge, such as SPC, TQM, 6 sigma, ISO 9000, ISO 14000, QC080000,

· Familiar environmental control, ROHS, HF, REACH requirements and test methodology

· Managing OEM/ODM customers

· Team building and motivation

· Develop & utilize Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) of the business to drive continuous improvement

· Educate cross-functional partners in the Platform Operations process

· Drive continuous improvement of Platform Operations processes and tools

· Ability to grow the organization through goal-setting and achievement
