Reporting Relationships Direct Manager:	Associate Director
Location	Shanghai, China
Objective	To support Associate Director in Business Development (Centra and East China) works including proposal preparation and continuous improvement, also involve in portfolio management/ Asset management service delivery.
Accountabilities	- To assist AD in business development. - To prepare and make good of proposal of different services. - As head office in charge, assist manager to monitor building operation. - As head office in charge, ensure all internal compliance requirement are met in projects.
Key Result Areas	- Assist the team to meet BD target and all promotion materials are updated and well prepared. - Ensure property management services in designated projects are satisfactorily delivered.
Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience	- Minimum 5 years property leasing and management experience in commercial properties. - Knowledge to Asset/ Lease Management model is an advantage - Self-initiated, Customer and Detail-oriented with good management and organisation skills - Outgoing personality with good negotiation and communication skills - Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. - Proficiency in MS office and Chinese Word Processing Candidate with less experience will be considered as Property Officer.
