GENERAL STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

·Provides legal counsel to Federal-Mogul operations in Asia Pacific Region regarding a wide range of business matter
·Reviews and drafts commercial agreements and other legal documents for Federal-Mogul operations in Asia Pacific Region;
·Identifies, analyzes and manages legal risks which would adversely impact on achievement of Federal-Mogul business objectives in the region;
·Assists in the protection of Federal-Mogul's legitimate interests regarding legal actions and claims made by or against third parties;
·Provides company secretarial support to Federal-Mogul operations in the region;
·Provides other pertinent legal services as required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

·LL.B. degree from a recognized Chinese law school;
·Minimum 8 legal experience with well respected law firms or multinational companies;
·PRC legal profession qualification required;
·Good command of English;
·Strong interpersonal, problem-solving and communications skills; and
·Overseas educational and/or professional experience not required, but certainly a plus.
