Quality Engineer

Location - Shanghai


Overview
? Ensure new product meet customer requirement
? Ensure all project information to be transferred mass production team
? Improve customer satisfaction, reduce PPM complaint 1st year;

Responsibilities
? Collect customer information together with PD, to identify the potential risk by DFMEA.
? Identify the CTF with PD and get TAR control from tooling team;
? Identify process potential risk together team member by FMEA;
? Make tooling qualification plan to qualify all tooling’s;
? Chairman of design review through whole engineering period;
? Make qualify criteria to control the delivery performance including components and F/G;
? Worse case validation and failure analysis leader;
? Work with mass production team, Improve new tooling and process to meet mass production required;
? Transfer all qualify requirement including customer and internal to mass production;
? Quality window to customer including customer complaint handling
? Deliver all quality documents to customer

Qualifications
? Bachelor’s Degree or above in Engineering
? Mechanism/Electronics field is preferred
? 5+ years mechanical/electronic industry working experiences for consumer devices
? 2+ years QA working experience is preferred
? Be familiar with 8D, 7tools to solve problem, Six Sigma GB is preferred
? Be familiar with product development process
? Customer focused, motivated and self-driven individual – “find it and fix it” mentality
? Strong interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills
? Ability to work with cross-functional teams or alone without supervision
? Well-developed communication skills, including written and spoken Mandarin and English
? Familiar with Word, Excel, PowerPoint
? Business trip around 30%
