Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise the financial accounting team to support all the general accounting activities of all the company and subsidiaries in an effective and efficient manner, including stock, fixed assets, general ledger and interface;

Works to improve regulation and management within finance and accounting department to ensure that the financial and accounting systems stipulated by the company are effectively and consistently followed;

Audits all tax calculations and payment records and collects and studies new taxation policies promptly notifying other relevant departments in the company of changes to keep all tax responsibilities at a reasonable level;

Manage and supervise proper monthly closing and consolidation process, ensure monthly statutory and group reporting is on time

Prepare annual budget, and reasonable compare the actual budget figures, constantly increase the accuracy and instructional function.

Ensure security user profiles and master data in SAP are properly maintained;

Lead annual audit process and make sure final reports out on times;

Develop and maintain a staff of qualified team members, provide advice, coaching and training to the employees.


Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or above, major in finance, accounting etc.
5-8+ years multinational company working experience with 3 years in a management position
Prior auditing experience will be desirable
Familiarity with SAP system knowledge
Fluent in written and spoken English
Independent, self motivated and strong problem-solving skills
