Job Description & Candidate Profile:
The Motor Specialist is in charge of business growth in designated industry segments in China. Their main responsibilities include but are not limited to, shaping business strategies, customer growth, developing/maintaining vendor relations, product training, joint sales calls and implementing action plans through the regional sales team, to achieve business results.
Specific Accountabilities include:
Develop sales growth strategies and action plans to support overall Company business objectives.
Train and lead regional sales team to implement business strategies and key initiatives.
Grow selling capabilities of regional sales team to meet business requirements.
Drive regional sales team to support Company’s development, in a profitable and sustainable way.
Maintain & develop outstanding relationships with key vendors/suppliers.
Coordinate and support communication/information flow between customers and vendors.
Qualifications & Experience:
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical (Electrical) or Industrial Automation discipline.
A minimum of five years experience in Sales and/or Marketing Management in the industrial sector.
A mature and aggressive individual that can think strategically and drive business growth.
Ability to handle multi tasks such as expanding customer base, building vendor relations and sourcing products from both local and global perspective.
Leadership quality that inspires staffs to work towards team and organizational goals.
Being flexible and able to work under pressure in a fast changing and strong competitive business environment.
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, to work with counterparts in United States and vendors overseas.
