Key Responsibilities and Duties include:
? Act as a bridge between the firm and external supplier organizations.
? Work with the partners and fee earners in the production of credential statements, marketing material (including brochures and client
briefings) and other client communications.
? Work closely with IT in the update and development of the official website.
? Coordinate with business units for the posting of charity campaigns, following up the contract process.
? Manage, translate and update marketing materials, including company presentation, group reports, news, etc.
? Prepare the monthly newsletter and campaign showcase
? Deal with the daily requests from the headquarter (revenue and campaign photos)
Desired Skills & Experience
Person Specification – experience and attributes required:
? Evidence of interest in, and commitment to, the success of the firm.
? Must be able to multitask and keep calm under the pressure of a continual stream of events.
? Excellent communication both written and verbal.
? A self starter, able to demonstrate high levels of initiative and motivation, but also work closely with other team members and displaying trust and loyalty.
? Ability to manage assigned tasks in an assertive, efficient and timely manner.
? Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating professionalism in all dealings.
