岗位职责：
1. 负责组织技术项目的管理和推进工作，参与项目规划方案论证、设计推进、指导项目的实施，并对项目成本进行科学合理的控制，确保满足公司发展的需要。
2. 负责冲压模具的设计和制造，以及相关的夹具、量具，提供生产设备的工艺参数，
3. 负责供应商的技术评估和验证工作，以及职责范围的技术谈判和合同的审定。
4. 负责制订、修改和解释冲压和焊接等技术规程，优化技术文件，改进和规范工艺流程，
5. 核定产品定额标准，定期审核、补充、修订定额内容，以适应工艺的改进和技术的优化；
6. 为生产提供技术支持，及时指导、处理、协调和解决产品生产中出现的各类技术问题，确保生产工作的正常进行。
7. 负责完成上级安排的其他工作任务。

岗位要求：
1. 专科以上学历，机械模具类相关专业；能熟练应用SolidWorks、AutoCAD等软件。
2. 精通冲压工艺和冲压模具设计，熟悉焊接工艺，并具有丰富的技术知识、冲压件和工艺设计等经验，8年以上相关工作经验，3年以上管理工作经验，有金属管类成型经验者优先。
3. 具备良好的敬业精神、具有人际关系处理能力、沟通能力、计划与执行能力、谈判能力。
4. 英语读写熟练/口语流利更佳。
