JOB SUMMARY（工作概要）
负责对质量部QC和SQE人员的提供资源支持及培训。
为实现公司质量目标制定计划和保证执行。
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES（主要工作职责）
1. 主导标准化QC人员和SQE人员工作的流程；
2. 负责为QC人员和SQE人员提供培训；
3. 评估QC人员和SQE人员的资源需求；
4. 主导评估QC人员和SQE人员的绩效考核；
5. 协调相关部门顺利完成质量部工作；
6. 对部门环境改善及维护及工作现场6S管理提供监督检查和汇报；
7. 人员安排及突发事件的处理；
8. 本职能部分工作汇报；
9. 定期召开质量会议，协调解决过程中的质量问题。
MINIMUM ACADEMIC REQUIREMENT（学术要求）
本科及以上学历(有3年以上的制造型工厂管理经验，熟悉注塑行业的相关知识，注塑行业的工作经验优先
工作地点：广东肇庆高新区迎宾大道迎宾路21号爱龙威有限公司厂区内
