Job Description
The primary responsibility of this position is to deliver HR contribution to the business objectives as a dedicated Senior HR professional, in the development, implementation and administration of HR programs and initiatives to support business objectives.
Responsibilites:
-- Recruit through placement of job openings, searching the resume, conducting job interviews to monitor recruitment targets – time to accept, to ensure open position is filled in a targeted period.
- Manage the offer process, give coaching to the hiring managers during the interview and hiring process.
Lead to improve the talent acquisition process to maximize the efficiency and shorten the hiring leadtime.
- Partner with business leaders to review and analyze manpower planning tools, & forecast the needs, and come up with short term and long term plans to fulfill the needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field; Master/'s Degree preferred.
--Previous experience in IC industry will be preferred.
- 6 years recruitment or HR generalist experience.
- Strong Presentation & facilitation skills.
- Superior interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision and make decisions independently as well as the ability to know when to ask for help
- Experience with HR analytics and measurements that drive business results.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment a plus
- Solid understanding of business metrics. Strong PC experience including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Good English language skills.
