1.技能及基本要求: 熟练的操作电脑系统,打字速度30字/分钟以上;
2.普通话标准,无方言口音,口齿清晰;
3.良好的承压能力;
4.能服从工作安排,可适应倒班工作(9:00-19:00/10:00-20:00/11:00-21:00三班倒轮休)
工作内容
1.接听顾客来电订餐,记录相关信息,进行适当的建议性销售 ;
2.解答顾客的咨询,处理顾客的意见反馈,确保顾客的满意度;
全职底薪2200元，奖金0-400元，五险一金。组长面议.
工作时间9:00-19:00/10:00-20:00/11:00-21:00三班倒。
兼职 15.20元/小时，有全天班8小时和半天班4小时
