POSITION:Purchase Manager
Directly Report:Plant Director


Main Responsibilities:
*Be in charge of purchase department,set up purchase operation process
*Select,develop and deal with relationship with suppliers, handle things like price negotiation,purchase environment,product qualities,supply chains and data base
*Purchasing of technical machine parts,catalogue parts and sub-assemblies for CBE machineries like blowers,fillers and related downstream machines, auxiliary equipment,etc. Appraise suppliers
*Organize and carry out equipment purchasing management. Formulate,follow purchasing projects according to project plan and production design
*In charge of coordinate schedules like installation, debugging and operation
*Investigation in purchase cost in the same industry, analyzes to control and reduce project purchase cost
*Supervise staff of the department. Complete assignments effectively and in time
*Assisting in sourcing of machine parts & components manufacturers
*Assist in supplier evaluation/assessment/negotiations/management
*Documentary/Technical transfer
*Supplier expediting (follow-up with supplier lead times etc.).

Requirements:
*Bachelor degree in engineering, major in mechanical is preferable
*5 to 8 years'experience in purchasing and managing in a foreign company in a similar environment, experience with mechanical technology will be highly appreciated
*Exquisite price analysis ability and bargaining negotiation skills
*Open-mind, responsible,teamwork spirit, prefers to work in pioneering area
*Proficient in English,written and spoken
*Experienced in MS Office,experience with ERP/MRP/SAP software is an advantage
