主要职责：
1.负责银行设备设施的日常巡检（包括办公区域的设备设施巡检以及机房设备的巡检）
1)对于所管辖区域进行月度巡检，根据月度巡检清单进行检查，在现场与现场客户相关人员进行沟通，完成巡检工作并在巡检单上签字确认；
2)对于所发现问题及时进行总结及汇报；
3)对于所发现问题积极跟进直至解决，并将解决情况及时反馈给主管.
4)现场各设施系统运行数据审核分析，及时提供设备设施运行数据提交给主管。
5)检查设备包括但无限于：配电控制柜、空气开关、照明及应急照明系统、消防控制系统、UPS系统、空调，上下水、广告灯箱、卷帘门等；
2.负责监控维保商进行设施设备的维护保养情况；
1)现场监管各设施系统保养情况；
2)审核维保商的维保报告；
3)收集及存档所有的维保报告；
3.处理应急事件以及客户报修等各类问题及事件；
1)FM Hotline的接听，并及时对客户所保修事件进行跟进及处理；
2)及时接收及处理EMS报警信息；
3)对于各类客户保修事件填写Issue Log，每周提交Issue Log；
4.负责与物业方的沟通及协调；
5.负责实施、监督、反馈设备设施的年检工作；
6.根据客户要求对重点设备进行可行性研究并拟定改造方案， 并在客户批准方案后负责项目跟进；
7.项目验收及接收；
8.提供相应的技术支持给其他区域;
9.每月按时向主管提交上月维保报告及检查总结；
10.领导安排的其他在和客户约定的SOW 范围内的工作

要求：
-供电、工业电气自动化或相关理工科专业本科以上学历；
-至少5年以上机电专业工作经验；
-外企相关工作经验者优先；
-熟练掌握常用办公软件；
-良好的沟通技巧及团队协调能力；
