职位描述
Day to Day Responsibilities:
Maintain appointments and meetings by scheduling and coordinating appropriate time, coordinating with internal and external contacts as needed.
Facilitate customer visits in Changzhou center to set up the meeting room, and help the customers with necessary accommodation.
Provide secretarial and administrative support to Changzhou team, including travel arrangement, expense report preparation, interpretation and translation, documentation, receiving phone calls and photocopy etc.
Perform a variety of secretarial duties by taking care of admin work and business matters to enhance the work efficiency of the manager such as prepare reports, presentations, document conversation and maintain files.
Document conversation and discussions and provide interpretation as needed
Other admin issues assigned by the manager.
JR:
Bachelor's degree
Excellent spoken and written English
Good communication skills and coordination skills
Independent with strong problem solving skills
Highly proficient in using MS office tool kit especially on Calendar Scheduling/Excel/PPT/Outlook/Word (, (Project – desired, but not required)
Excellent day-to-day administration operation skill is a must
Excellent time management and able to handle multi-tasks well
Stable, reliable, flexible
Work independently with team spirit
