1. Be responsible for the wholly production line: quality, cost, delivery time, gross margin;
2. Price setting according to competitor and Amphenol market position.
3. To maximize profit, PM will push operation for cost reduction;
4. Interface between Sales/customer with operation department, to develop new products in reasonable time & cost;
5. Support headquarter (in Germany) PM;
6. To search for new application fields and develop new types from existing and new customers in domestic;
7. Support regional Sales to get business, especially from technology side.
8. Owner of new projects, follow up them inside;
9. Be familiar with domestic target markets according to company strategy;
10. Be familiar with current customers status;
11. Collect relevant competitor information;
12. Collect market requirements and future trend;
13. Market communication for owned product line
