Educational Requirements
Technical School or above
Experience
At least 2 years’ experience in a similar position
Certificate：must have relative certificates if she/he need use the following tools or equipments:
资格证书：如需用到以下工具或设备，就必须具备相应的资格认证：
Elevator Operation if he use Elevator(行车操作证)
Forklift Driver if he use Forklift（叉车证）
Hazardous Chemical keeping（危险品保管证）

Purpose of the Job
To do goods receipt, stock keep and other things related to the warehouse with the objective to lead the materials accurate in qty and clear in types within the warehouse management systems and company’s policies
Responsibilities and Accountabilities
1.Unload the materials from outside with the right tool and Inspect the PO No. and material No. of the delivered materials according to the delivery slip
2. Check the quality and the quantity of delivered coli and enter the delivery in the ERP system (good received slip)
3. Realise physical stock entry and enter the respective data in the ERP system
4. Manage delivery anomalies (quality, quantity, wrong items,….
5. Distribute materials to the assembly line according to the production order and schedule. And replenish the materials to the assembly in time.
6. According to the materials received, issued, and transferred in physical, keep the same records in the ERP system
7.Clear the Trash and Scrap hoppers on the assembly line everyday and keep the warehouse clear.
8.Prepare the packing list for contract and responsible to inspect all the required materials are correctly dispatched and loaded onto the assembly cart.
9.Check stock qty and do the monthly stocktaking in order to keep the stock accuracy.
10. EHS: Respect EHS policy and instruction of company
