Primary Job Function:
The first step in the Quality Engineer is assin responsibility to a customer's complaint.Engineer will be representatives for quality assurance and production for customers as appropriate.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities Include:
1.Execution the document of Quality Assurance and customer's system management.
2.Investigate and document control from prescribed standard of quality.
3.Customer's complaint management and corporate with CTSO internal quality and production members.
4.Management to achieve target for customer satisfaction.

Budgetary Responsibilities:
Must be proactive and involved in costs and efficiencies of programs as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Needed:
Required Bachelor's Dergee In Engineering.
Experience minimum 2 years in Quality Management System and release filed of Engineering.
Have an excellent computer skill in Micorsoft program (Excel, Word, Power Point) and related program in English.
Service mind , leadership skill and Positive Thinking are required.

Working Conditions:
Quality Management with local or international travel as required per project and customer needs.
