Minimum working experience in the same position ("Quality guy") 5-6 years
Minimum working experience in the same sector (Automotive) 8 years
Ability and skills at supervisor level, but he should be operative.
Will be supervisor of himself, opportunity to be supervisor of a group in the future.
Methodological approach; teamworking ability; proactive.
