Responsibilities:
1. Maintain and update recruiting ads.
2. Implement recruitment program including CVs screening, interview arrangement and 1st round conduction and follow up interview status;
3. Follow up staff probation and provide performance review feedback.
4. Maintain recruiting system and recruitment channel;
5. Conduct the on-boarding procedure for the new hire;
6. Manage the personal file and ensure no finding in internal audit.
7. Conduct the contract signature for the new hire and the contract renew for the employee.
8. Conduct the reference check for all the staff in order to provide reference for management, in order to provide qualified candidates to hiring manager.

Requirements:
1.Bachelor or above, 2 years above recruiting experience.
2.Communication skill, customer focus, working under pressure, accountability.
3.Good command of English both oral and written
