responsibilities
- Leading and monitoring facility and equipment maintenance technical team, ensure plant public system normal operation, Including power supply system, HVAC, compressed air system, water supply system, gas, waste water treating system, fire protection system, security system, building, office furniture, kitchen, etc.
- Implement facility management policies, standards and procedures.
- Manages the design, planning, construction, acceptance, maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment, machinery, buildings, and other facilities. Plans, budgets, and schedules for facility modifications, improvements.
- Planning and management of spare parts for facility and MAE.
- Implementation of TPM.
- Plant energy management and CO2 reduction.
- Continuous improvement on the safety, cost saving and so on.
- People training and development.
- Team work coordination and monitoring discipline/ quality.
- 领导和管理设施/设备维护团队, 确保工厂各公用系统正常运行, 包括供配电系统, 中央空调系统, 压缩空气系统, 供水系统, 天然气供应, 污水处理, 消防系统, 安防系统, 建筑物, 办公家具, 厨房设备等.
- 落实设施管理相关政策, 标准和流程.
- 管理设备/设施的设计, 规划, 建设, 验收, 维护和维修, 以及设备/设施的改进和修改的计划, 预算和进度安排.
- 设备/设施备件计划和管理.
- TPM推行.
- 工厂能源管理及二氧化碳减排.
- 在安全和费用节约等方面开展持续改进.
- 人员培训和发展.
- 协调团队合作, 监督工作纪律和质量.

requirement:
- BA degree in technical or engineering field.
- Fluent English both in speaking and writing.
- Proficient with PC and MS Office, Auto-CAD software applications.
- Minimum of 8 years facility management/maintenance and 2-3 years supervisory experience.
- Good communication and coordination skill.
- Good leadership and planning & executive ability.
- Strong sense of responsibility.
- 大学本科学历, 技术及工程相关专业.
- 流利的英语口语及书写能力.
- 熟练电脑操作能力, 包括MS office和Auto CAD.
- 最少具备8年以上设施管理/维护相关工作经验, 以及2-3年的管理经验.
- 良好的沟通协调能力.
- 良好的领导能力, 计划和执行能力.
- 具备较强的责任感.
