工作职责：

--负责设备故障原因分析和维修方案制定以及日常维保巡检

--负责协调安排并参与电气（数控）维修工作及现场技术指导

--负责设计，完善设备的电气控制

--负责维修备件采购技术支持

--负责解决设备维修工作过程中遇到的技术问题

--协助制定维修作业计划，协助制定周，月，年预防维修保养日历计划，并负责协助实施，调整和考核

--负责部门员工的培训工作

--完成领导安排的其他工作

素质要求：
--全日制本科以上学历，电气自动化（数控）
--受过设备管理与维护等方面的培训
--3到5年以上的生产制造型企业大型数控机床设备（数控车床，镗床，铣床）维修工程师经验
--熟悉SIMENS840D，802D系统（了解Fidia C20系统），熟悉STEP7软件
--能读懂欧姆龙，三菱，S7-200，S7-300PLC程序，并熟练运用各相应软件
--具备较强的分析判断能力和动手能力，能快速诊断并解决设备出现的问题
--熟练使用办公软件
--能用英语进行一般性工作交流，有较好的读写能力
