1. The area of responsibility includes in particular the following tasks:
? To maintain the utility systems in the company, including Natural gas supply, Electricity power supply, water supply, compressed air system, HVAC, lighting, steam boiler, etc.
? Providing frontline troubleshooting of the system in fault condition with proper problem solving techniques, and restore back to its desired operating condition.
? To oversee ongoing operations of the utility systems, ensure operating at the optimum efficiency.
? Make preventive maintenance plan for various systems, and implement the plan on time.
? Facility capacity/reliability related projects implementation.
? Take the lead in training for operators.
? Special equipment management, including crane, forklift, pressure vessels, etc. ensure the compliance with statutory safety regulations.
? Carry out ISO14000 and OHSAS18000 requirements in the company.
? Fire prevention system maintenance.
? On site Supplier management.

2．Competences
1). Background
? Bachelor degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or chemical engineering.
? Strong background in Mechanical Engineering, especially in heating, ventilating, air-conditioning, and cooling (HVAC), Mechanical & Electrical infrastructure and facilities management.
?
2). Knowledge/Experience
? Excellent knowledge in special equipment management.
? Minimum 5 years experience preferably in facilities operation and maintenance for large-scale factories.
? Ability to work in a team environment as well as collaborate with other engineers to solve breakdown issues and recommend technical solution
? Facility related projects management experience.
? Strong follow-up capability.
? Have the relevant experience of facility and equipment installation and setup
? Computer skills: Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Project, Autocad.

3).Languages
? Good at English writing and reading, spoken English is beneficial but not a must.
