Key tasks and Responsibilities:
1.Actively work with suppliers with low performance .
2.Secure correct supplier performance by acting as technical consultant :
-From PQB, PIM, Q and DOT statistic
-Concerning implementation of defined Handshake projects including new suppliers/articles
-Concerning implementation of NPD/EPD projects
-Concerning Consolidation or Lead Time
3.Drive Supplier Development projects/activities in accordance with Promal or DMAIC/A3
4.Act as expert regarding quality and support with technical input to commodity strategies
5.Act as part in evaluating/audit of suppliers processes
6.Coordinate projects/activities with:
-Supplier Commodity Responsible if global supplier.
-Unit Manager Purchasing if local supplier.
-Regional Responsible Person concerning Regions.

Qualifications & experience:
Master of Engineering or equivalent experience
Leadership and management skills and experience
3-5 years experience with supplier development
3-5 years of experience from production/manufacturing/development, preferably HSS.
Experience from improvement tools, e g 5S, Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen
Project work experience
Good negotiation skills
